Founder & Director
Ciara Ross
Ciara Ross founded Tenacity Models to give young women a place where discipline and beauty are taught together. What began as a small runway workshop grew into a full mentorship — training, portfolio development and a live showcase that gives each young woman a stage of her own.
Her approach is deliberately personal: small cohorts, direct coaching, and a standard of professionalism that prepares each model for castings, interviews and everything that comes after.
Every social engagement has an etiquette to learn, and our passion is to show you how to incorporate grace into your everyday interactions.
